Scheduling and Contact Information:
Requests for photography and/or videography appointments should be submitted via online scheduling. Appointments can also be made by calling or texting the Keyside Visuals office number at (850)316-5945 on a case-by-case basis. We will respond within 24 hours to approve the appointment request. Appointments are considered "booked" after you receive email confirmation of the appointment.
Note: Next day appointments are difficult to schedule, cannot be guaranteed, and are subject to an additional charge.
At the Shoot:
The client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the shoot to approve the photographer’s/videographer’s interpretation of the project. If a client or brokerage representative is not present, the photographer’s/videographer’s interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. The photographer/videographer will make a reasonable effort to remove litter, stray objects, etc. from the rooms. However, please note that this does not include things like making beds or arranging furniture. Agents are expected to have the property staging and cleaning completed prior to the photo/video shoot. All property will be shot “As Is.” Your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph/video. Absent of your input, the photographer/videographer will use his/her best judgment and experience to decide how best to photograph the property. In addition, we do not typically include garage or smaller closet photos, as they are generally areas with personal belongings. If you want them included, you must specifically ask for them.
After the Shoot:
Once the images have been taken, the photographer will perform digital retouching and deliver them to you within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise specified. Once the video has been shot, the videographer will perform digital retouching and deliver to you within 5 business days, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation, No-Show, and Inclement Weather Policy:
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a $50 cancellation fee. A cancellation less than 2 hours prior to booked appointment will be billed at the full rate of the shoot. Arriving late beyond 15 minutes to an appointment will be considered a cancellation, and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot. Every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduling. In the event of inclement weather, we will try to verify whether the shoot will continue as planned or if you would like to reschedule a few hours prior to the shoot. Per the client’s request, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time. If a cancellation occurs due to inclement weather, the cancellation fee will be waived, only if cancellation occurs more than 2 hours prior to appointment. If we are unable to reach the client, the photographer/videographer will assume that the shoot is still scheduled, and will be billed accordingly.
Editing Requests:
All requests for editing must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the media. Requests made after this period may result in additional fees. Due to the complexity of certain requests, some edits may not be possible, or may require additional fees. If submitted within the first 24 hours after delivery, your first set of revision requests should no incur additional fees, pending the complexity of the request.
Reshoot Policy:
If you request for us to reshoot a property, you may or may not incur a reshoot fee.
Chargeable Reshoots – You may be required to pay the full price for a reshoot if we must return to the property due to reasons within your control, including but not limited to:
- The property was not clean, staged, or otherwise ready at the time of the originally scheduled shoot.
- Incorrect or incomplete property access (e.g., locked doors, missing key codes, or restricted entry).
- Significant changes made to the property after the original shoot that require new images or footage.
- Failure to notify us of specific property features or requests that were not initially communicated.
Non-Chargeable Reshoots – We will not charge for a reshoot if it is due to circumstances beyond your control, including:
- Inclement weather (rain, storms, extreme wind, or other conditions that would affect the quality of the shoot).
- Unforeseen technical issues on our end (e.g., equipment failure or data corruption).
- A documented scheduling error on our part.
- An error on our part
To avoid additional charges, please ensure the property is fully prepared, clean, and accessible at the scheduled time.
Rights and Usage:
All images and videos produced for an agent or broker may be used by the client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the client’s self-promotion. The photos and videos may also be used by the client’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Ownership of the images and videos remains with the photographer/videographer, and license is granted only to the client and client’s parent company, and not to a third party. Any usage of the images/videos by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, and/or designers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer/videographer.
Matterport Tours:
Matterport Tours are hosted for 3 months (or after the property is sold) on the Matterport hosting site. After 3 months, the tour will be deactivated. If you need more than 3 months of hosting, you may reactivate for an additional 3 months with a $50 fee.
Payment:
Payment is required to download media. The client may pay via credit card or an offline payment via check.
New Client Discount Eligibility and Terms
The New Client Discount is offered as a one-time promotional rate valued at $175 and applies exclusively to our standard ground-level real estate photography service. You may combine it with other services (like 360 Tours) and we will take off the price of the photos.
By redeeming the New Client Discount, the client affirms that they are a real estate agent, property manager, or rental property owner who intends to use our services on an ongoing basis. This offer is extended in good faith to establish long-term professional relationships.
Clients who do not meet these criteria may be subject to full standard pricing and/or ineligibility for the discount at the company’s discretion.
Saturday Scheduling:
Keyside Visuals offers limited availability for Saturday real estate photo shoots, intended specifically for properties with restricted scheduling flexibility—such as vacation rental homes with Saturday turnover.
By booking a Saturday appointment, please note the following:
- Service Limitation: Only standard real estate photography and 2D floor plans are available on Saturdays. Other add-on services (such as video, drone, or virtual tours) are not offered on weekends.
- Premium Pricing: Saturday shoots are subject to a premium rate to account for after-hours staff compensation. Final pricing will reflect this adjustment.
- Appointment Hold Fee: A non-refundable $50 hold fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward your total service cost.
Rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours of a Saturday booking may result in forfeiture of the hold fee.
