Matterport Tours are delivered next-day via the client portal

Ground-level and drone video is delivered within 3-5 business days via the client portal.

• If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

• Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

• A cancellation less than 2 hours prior to booked appointment will be billed at the full rate of the shoot.

• Arriving late beyond 15 minutes to an appointment will be considered a cancellation, and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot.

• Every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduling.

• In the event of inclement weather, we will try to verify whether the shoot will continue as planned or if you would like to reschedule a few hours prior to the shoot. Per the client’s request, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time. If a cancellation occurs due to inclement weather, the cancellation fee will be waived, only if cancellation occurs more than 2 hours prior to appointment. If we are unable to reach the client, the photographer / videographer will assume that the shoot is still scheduled, and will be billed accordingly.

• You can also pay by check.

• Payment is required to release files.
